Hereford pizza restaurant shines at 'Oscars of Italian cuisine'
A Hereford pizza restaurant took home four accolades from this year's prestigious Italian Awards and was named as a finalist in six categories.
The casual pizza restaurant, in the heart of the city, is owned by A Rule of Tum (ART), which also owns other Hereford and Worcester foodie hot spots, such as The Burger Shop and The Bookshop.

Leaven was highly commended in the sought-after 'Best Pizzeria' category for the second consecutive year. It was also highly commended in the following categories: Best Team, Best Pizza, and Best Restaurant in the Midlands.

The Italian Awards, often referred to as the 'Oscars of Italian cuisine', celebrates the very best in the industry adn took place on October 6.
It was hosted by celebrity chef Aldo Zilli, while a lifetime achievement award was presented to Marco Pierre White.
A Rule of Tum, founded in 2013, is a group of restaurants, owned and operated by Rupert, Edwin, and Dorian. It is focused on crafting honest dishes, inspired by local and seasonal ingredients.
