Victoria Ward, who has vast experience in music, hospitality, financial services and corporate PR, has been appointed senior PR manager at Oxford-based agency Fortitude Communications.

She was previously head of PR at London-based Charmfactory, where she represented music and entertainment clients, including Universal Music and Warner Music.

"Victoria has an excellent track record in delivering impactful campaigns for clients across a range of sectors and in winning new business. I’m sure her experience and fresh insights will be an asset to our team."

In her role, Ward will lead client accounts regionally and nationally, further develop the agency’s overall PR services offering and support the wider team’s development as part of Fortitude’s senior team.

She said: "It’s an exciting time at Fortitude following some stand-out client wins and I’m looking forward to bringing my skills, contacts and experience to the agency."
