The Worcestershire Law Society was established in 1841 to unite, promote and support local lawyers and the Worcestershire community.
"We are delighted to have won three awards, all of which recognise our staff’s dedication and demonstrate how the firm continues to go from strength to strength," said Charlotte Thornton-Smith, head of the Worcester office and partner in the corporate team.
Nicholls added: "Having been nominated for the award, it was completely humbling to be the ultimate winner.
"Congratulations to all those nominated alongside me. I couldn’t do this job without the support and dedication of my colleagues."
Crook added: "It was an honour to be nominated for the award alongside such deserving candidates. I am thrilled to have been named as Paralegal of the Year and to be recognised for my contribution within the legal sector. I am extremely grateful to my colleagues for their on-going support and encouragement."
