Ian Tudor, commercial auction director at Bond Wolfe, said that the property was being sold on behalf of Nigel Price and Joe Sadler, the liquidators of Global Displays Limited, a former exhibition services company.
"This freehold property comprises of metal trussed buildings arranged as two interconnecting workshops, with an office, small mezzanine stores, toilets and kitchen area extending to approximately 28,000 sq ft.
"The property is considered suitable for possible reconfiguration to provide smaller units or a variety of alternative uses, subject to planning permission.
