She said: "It is an exciting time to join the division and I’m very much looking forward to my new chapter in the South West.

"Already, I have seen how dedicated and passionate the whole team are, which was evident when our Perrybrook site in Gloucester recently won the coveted Premier Guarantee Excellence Award."

Before joining Crest Nicholson in 2022, Joseph worked as sales and marketing director for both Berkeley Group and Taylor Wimpey, with a short secondment as land and planning director at Taylor Wimpey.

Across the south west, there are currently five selling sites with new homes across Bristol, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire.
