The application approval includes detailed consent reportedly for two buildings - 163,500 sq ft and 241,000 sq ft - and outline permission for a further 700,000 sq ft of build-to-suit opportunities.
Tritax is reportedly aiming for the buildings to be delivered for mid-2025.
Joseph Skinner, development director at Tritax Symmetry, was quoted as saying: "The site occupies a prominent position on the strategic motorway route (M5, J12) linking the Midlands to the south-west."
