The achievements this year of businesswomen across the southwest were applauded on October 8 at an event at Bath racecourse.

The Women's Business Club staged its annual Women’s Business Conference & Awards at the venue, welcoming just under 150 delegates.

The private member network was set up by Angela De Souza who wanted something that she would like to attend where she felt comfortable being herself and accepted as a woman in business

The mission is to foster collaboration, innovation, and success through an online and offline community, a comprehensive resource hub, engaging events, and thought leadership initiatives.

"There is nothing quite like celebrating the accomplishments of our businesswomen," said Angela.

"The calibre of the entries was extremely high making the judge's decision really tough. Although only one woman could win in each category, we feel that every single woman who entered is a winner - she is still standing, she is still determined to succeed and she still has hope for the future, a winning attitude indeed."
