The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie to open doors this autumn
Dining venue The Ivy Collection is poised to open its 41st restaurant in the centre of Canterbury this autumn, creating 140 new jobs.
The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie will be on the corner of The Parade & Rose Lane and the general manger will be Diogo Bolan, who comes from the The Ivy Wimbledon.
The head chef is Ilias Kalogiannis.

The restaurant, which offers all day dining, can accommodate up to 180 guests and features a stylish bar and outdoor terrace. There is also a private dining room for up to 16.
