Kent’s CT Travel Group brings on head of people and culture
CT Travel Group has named Caroline Everard as its new head of people and culture.
Caroline’s career has spanned sectors including banking, insurance and global accountancy, collaborating with international organisations across Africa, the US and Europe.
In her new role, she’ll oversee the people and culture strategy for all four CT Travel Group brands – Business Travel, MICE, Trade Missions and Pettitts Travel – across its offices in Tunbridge Wells and London, designing and implementing performance programmes.
Caroline said: “I was looking for an opportunity where HR is not just a function, but a strategic partner to the business.
“The group’s growth ambitions and the leadership team’s commitment to its people and culture strategy as a core part of its overarching plans was inspiring.
“I’m thrilled to be part of this dynamic team and to contribute to the exciting developments ahead.”
Clare Collins, group COO, added: “We take immense pride in holding the Investors in People accolade for over a decade now.
“I’m passionate about the existing loyalty of my team, retaining and nurturing those people, and strengthening our skillset by onboarding brand new talent from within the industry.
“Caroline’s expertise and innovative approach to people and culture will be pivotal as we continue to expand.
“Her addition to our team marks an exciting new chapter in our journey, and we’re delighted to welcome her on board.”
