Gateley Legal adds three new recruits to Guildford office
Gateley Legal has appointed three newly qualified lawyers to its Guildford office after the successful completion of their training contracts.
Megan Largier and Emma Hogarth both join the residential development team, advising housebuilders, developers and landowners across the South East and London on all aspects of residential property development – from site investment and acquisition to development and disposal.
Meanwhile, Joseph Martin has joined the construction team, acting for clients including housebuilders, local authorities, universities, developers, landowners, contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
Louise Paterson, partner and head of Gateley’s Guildford office, said: “I’m delighted to welcome three outstanding young lawyers to our office.
“They’re testament to our first-class legal training and development programme, which ensures we meet the needs of all our clients by investing in the next generation of legal talent.
“All three have very promising careers ahead of them, and we look forward to seeing them grow and develop with the business.”
Megan said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the acquisitions team once again.
“Completing my training contract with Gateley has been a fantastic experience, and I’m looking forward to getting started on some exciting transactions.”
Joseph added: “I’m delighted to be joining the construction team at a pivotal time for the sector as a whole and to be a part of our growing presence here in Guildford.
“Qualifying as a solicitor is the culmination of many years’ hard work, and I’d like to thank all those who have been a part of my journey, my family and colleagues, who have supported me along the way.”
These latest hires are part of 22 newly qualified solicitor and 27 legal trainee appointments made recently across Gateley’s UK offices.
