Major warehouse facility in Hampshire sold to MCR Property Group
A 165,133 sq ft industrial/warehouse facility at Walworth Business Park in Andover, Hampshire has been sold to Manchester’s MCR Property Group.
Curchod & Co and CBRE advised previous owners SSI-Schaefer Limited on the investment sale of Unit 83/84, Livingstone Road.
The property, a detached multi-let facility with two wings flanking a central office core, is currently let to Le Creuset and Stannah Stairlifts, generating a total annual income of £1,044,797.
