Southampton Science Park welcomes Delsys Technology
Delsys Technology, a company focused on research and development of biodegradable agrochemicals, is the latest tenant to join Southampton Science Park.
The business, headed up by managing director John Misselbrook, has taken two laboratories at the park’s Innovation Centre.
John said: “We chose to base our company at Southampton Science Park because we’re familiar with the reputation of the University of Southampton for its support of new ventures and world-class research facilities offered to develop new technologies.
“We feel that the synergy the university and other companies based at the science park can offer us will be a great help in the development of our technology and success of our business.”
Lucinda Lamont, business development director at Southampton Science Park, added: “It’s a pleasure to equip John and his team at Delsys Technology with the facilities they need to advance and commercialise their research, which shows much promise.
“High-quality laboratory space is much needed in the South, which is why we’re working hard to expand capacity for further research and development facilities here at the Science Park to support the cultivation of more cutting-edge innovation.
“At the same time, we continue to offer bespoke fitout opportunities to accommodate specific R&D requirements.”
