Buckinghamshire-based developer Jansons Property has made two major acquisitions in the Thames Valley with a combined gross development value (GDV) of £100 million.

Both former business parks will be redeveloped to create 300,000 sq ft of industrial space.

They are Kingsmead Business Park in High Wycombe – a 7.5-acre site, currently comprising 142,610 sq ft of office space – and The Boulevard in Bracknell, an 8.1-acre site with 86,398 sq ft of offices.

Andy Jansons, managing director of Jansons Property, said: “These acquisitions perfectly align with our strategy to transform underperforming office sites into thriving industrial spaces.

“As businesses in the South East seek to expand, we’re continuing to see strong demand for prime industrial stock and are proud to be at the forefront of meeting this demand, with the associated social and economic benefits.”

Founded in 1990 as Jansons & Partners, the company operates across the commercial, residential, student housing, care, retail and hospitality sectors.
