Penningtons has taken 9,575 sq ft, while BDO is taking 10,409 sq ft.

Kingsbridge had already secured three pre-letting agreements ahead of practical completion, with Oktra South, the workplace build firm, already announced as taking 5,000 sq ft.

BDO is moving its growing 150-strong Guildford team from an existing office in Chertsey Street

Phil Cliftlands, regional managing partner, said: "We are delighted to be able to announce our renewed commitment to Guildford.

"Our new office means our existing people and future hires will continue to benefit from our town centre location within easy access to the railway station, shops and restaurants, as well as excellent environmental credentials."

The scheme meets the BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard for sustainability, has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) “A” rating, and is rated by Fitwel for building health.

Rachel Lacklison, asset manager at Kingsbridge, added: "Bottle Works represents a genuine step change in the Guildford office market, and it is rewarding to work with businesses to help them achieve their occupational aspirations for exceptional and sustainable workspaces."
