Alpine Fire, established in 1992, has grown to become the UK's leading ESG fire suppression system specialist, showing growth from £14m to £60m turnover and expanding its workforce to over 130 professionals in the past five years.
The company is renowned for leveraging state-of-the-art design technology to deliver solutions that are not only compliant and cost-effective but also environmentally conscious.
The deal enhances Alpine Fire's technical capabilities and allows it to expand into a new, complex market segment.
As part of the agreement, DAS Fire's management team will continue to lead operations, alongside their existing team of 24 specialists.
