Cygnet is the brainchild of Steve Cook, landlord of The Swan Inn in Swinbrook, Oxfordshire, which has been named Dining Pub of the Year by The Good Pub Guide for two years running and holds two AA Rosettes.
Cook has also recently acquired the lease for The Golden Cross Inn, Cirencester.
"I am ecstatic to finally and officially offer Cygnet catering to the Cotswolds," he said.
"I came up with the idea after working with Phil when he was the special guest chef for a sold-out evening at the Swan and the feedback so positive I sounded Phil (Howard) out about the idea.
"With two titans of the industry at the helm we believe we have something that is unique of great quality and affordable. We have had a huge response to the news since we launched the website, with weddings and private dining parties especially popular.
"Mark was recently named the best game chef in the country, so there has been a huge number of enquiries from potential shoot parties. They can or we can design a bespoke menu with you to make sure every event is unique to the individual guests. We can work around most budgets and catering requests. There is even the incredible option of having one, or both of, these legends of British cooking personally cater your event, whether it is for 10 or 250 guests."
Kempson added: "I am delighted to be part of the team at Cygnet catering. Bringing Michelin Star food to the Cotswolds for all your events, large or small. We offer a bespoke and personal service that is tailored to your needs. I truly believe this will make your experience extra special."
