Forecourt operator opens its 100th Greggs in Southampton
Motor Fuel Group (MFG), the UK’s largest independent forecourt operator, has launched its 100th Greggs store across its 1200-strong network.
The new bakery is located in Totton, Southampton on a forecourt recently acquired from Morrisons Daily.
Paul Deary, food services director at MFG, said: “Since 2016, the Greggs brand and product offer has been a key part in the successful and growing food offer from our forecourts.
“100 stores is an important milestone for us, and I’m confident that our partnership will continue to flourish.”
Johnathan Glenister, head of franchise at Greggs, added: “We’re delighted to be celebrating this milestone with our partners at MFG.
“We want Greggs to be accessible wherever, whenever and however our customers need us by ensuring our shops are in the most convenient locations they can be.”
