Marszalek is sales and marketing manager, Lewis is branch manager and De Sousa is operations manager. Together, they have 12 years' experience of the business.
IFS revealed it has also appointed Rena Heer as freight team leader after three years in her freight operations role, while Jamie Harper has taken up the role of customs team leader after two years with the business.
"We have an excellent track record of internal promotions within the business with many of our team having previously been apprentices with us," said Jenny Hooper, managing director and joint founder of IFS.
"We are delighted to have appointed Anna, Neil and Emily to our new senior management team.
"After 20 years as a business, we are looking at ways to continue growing, and they will play a crucial role in supporting that process and maintaining our high standards across everything we do."
Hooper added that the firm was "thrilled" to see Jamie and Rena take on management positions after excelling in their previous roles.
"It’s an exciting time for the business and we are looking forward to continuing to grow together," she said.
